Commission rates

• Graphic Design: 30% · Social Media Management: 25% · Website & App Development: 20% · Digital Marketing: 20%.
• Rates per service can range from 20% to 30% and are shown on the Services page. The rate at the time of the booking is saved on your commission and is not changed later.
• Commission = eligible service value × saved rate. Eligible value excludes tax, discounts and separately itemised third‑party costs.
• Minimum qualifying service value is R300.
• Recurring services earn commission on the first paid invoice only. No commission for recruiting other affiliates.

When commission is earned

• Estimated — a quote is in progress. Pending — the booking is confirmed but not fully paid.
• Approved — the booking is confirmed and full payment has been verified by SJ Media.
• Approved commission is paid by EFT within 2–3 South African business days. There is no minimum payout.
• Refunds and cancellations create visible adjustments. Already-paid commission may be recovered by agreement — we never debit your account automatically.

Attribution

Referral links are remembered for 30 days. A referral code typed into the enquiry form takes priority. Duplicate clients are reviewed by SJ Media.

Privacy

We store your contact and payout details only to run the programme. Account numbers are masked and never shown to other affiliates. Contact admin@sjmediastudio.com to update or remove your data.
